This role is ideal for detail-oriented students with spreadsheet skills and an interest in budgeting or nonprofit finance. Experience with club finances or event planning is a bonus but not mandatory.

The Talent Development team oversees the full recruitment cycle for participants, including CV screening, assessments, and communication. Members design fair evaluation tools, coordinate jury members, and manage volunteers and check-in during event days.

The Partners & Sponsors team builds and maintains relationships with corporate partners, manages outreach, and supports sponsorship negotiations. Members prepare meeting materials, lead communications with company representatives, and collaborate with other departments on promotion and branding.

The Marketing team shapes the event’s visual identity by producing short-form videos, designing graphics, and managing social media content. Members capture event moments, schedule posts, and ensure all materials align with the club’s branding.

This role is ideal for creative students familiar with tools like Canva or CapCut and who enjoy storytelling and digital communication. Experience in video editing or design is useful but not required.
